You may wonder what does that have to do with this post… Well, I’m a big, big Panerai fan and of course I added a new one to my collection, one that will be the star of this photo review.I wrote a little while ago about a replica Panerai Luminor Submersible, one that simply blew me away. Alright then, where should I start? Black dial, with running seconds at 9 o’clock, which give it such a distinct personality, power reserve indicator at 5 o’clock (or around that) and date at 3 o’clock. Hour and minute hands are nice and big, just like the hour markers. The lume has a white-yellow-ish tint, depending on the angle. Even though we have all these on one single dial, they’re not exactly crowded, so no worries there.
I usually start Panerai replica reviews by telling you guys its exact name, I guess you guys know very well what I’m talking about, that “PAMxxx” style of coding. The thing is there are so many models, it’s downright confusing and at times, like this instance, impossible to find the answer. For the better good, let’s call it a fake Panerai Luminor, one which has something that most Panerai replica watches don’t have – a power reserve indicator.

The bezel has 4 markings that stand out, at 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes and additionally, the space between 0 and 15 is nicely graduated, just like should be. Also, the leather strap is one of the coolest I’ve seen lately, I really dig the stitching and its feel on touch.
Basically, this is everything a Panerai should be – a relatively simple design, a robust case and an awesome leather strap that almost steals the spotlight. I consider myself to be one of the biggest fans of Panerai replica watches out there because I believe this kind of timepieces are ultimately the best watches for men – rugged, manly, ultimately making a statement. My point is that this is a 42mm watch and just look how big it looks. That’s what I mean when I say ‘making a statement’.
Overall, I’d say this fake Panerai Luminor looks awesome and it feels even better than it looks. I must admit that I like better the Ceramica all black model, but this baby certainly has the wow factor as well. Everybody who thinks about owning a Panerai but has tiny wrists, just like I do, should look into watches like this one.

Luminor Submersible Back Case
We’re used to seeing manual winding movements in most Panerai replica watches, but it’s not the case here. This baby is powered by a Japanese automatic movement and besides looking awesome through the clear back case, I’d say that it does its job exceptionally well. This is perhaps one of the best movements I’ve got ‘right out of the box’. For the few days I’ve had it, it gained about 10 seconds (compared to my phone) and although it’s not 40 hours, the power reserve goes well beyond a full day. I’d say over 35 hours, which is not bad for a replica watch, wouldn’t you say? I remember a Panerai replica Luminor GMT that had an awesome movement as well, just as precise, but I think the reserve was a bit lower. I should check and see if I still have it…

Overall, I’m very happy with my new watch. Ultimately, I have no reason not to be satisfied. Awesome looking case, great feeling leather strap and one of the best movements automatic movements I’ve seen lately. Even if you’re not the greatest admirer of the brand, the replica Panerai Luminor Submersible is perhaps the best place to start because at just 42mm, it sits well on any kind of wrist.
